Evidence originals and case data are stored encrypted in Google Cloud’s US region; transcription and AI analysis run on Google and Gladia infrastructure (SOC 2). The full subprocessor list is published before you sign.
Cases are walled off from each other
Access is granted per case and per role. Members see only the cases they are assigned to, and every access and export is logged.
Originals never change
Uploaded originals are write-protected with versioning and server-side SHA-256 fingerprints, so what you present later is what was uploaded.
Your evidence is not training data
Case materials are never used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models, and processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Before you adopt
Where is my case data processed?
Evidence originals, derivatives and case data are stored in Google Cloud’s US region. Speech transcription is processed by Gladia (EU·US) and AI analysis by Google Vertex AI global infrastructure. All transfers are encrypted, and your materials are never used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. The subprocessor list and locations are published in our privacy policy.
Can AI answers be trusted as-is?
No — and the product is built around that. Every answer carries citations to the file, page or recording moment, so you verify before you rely. Transcripts are additionally corrected by AI that listens to the audio itself, and anything uncertain is queued for human review.
What languages are supported?
Transcription supports English, Spanish and Korean — including calls where speakers switch between them mid-conversation. Each utterance is captured in the language it was spoken.
What happens when I leave?
You can export your records and transcripts, and request deletion of the case data. Retention policies are contract-configurable.
